We deliver three different versions of each letter: plain text, HTML and AOL. Through our multi-part MIME compliant broadcast technology, addresses in the AOL domain are assigned the AOL version, and all other addresses are sent both plain text and HTML versions. The e-mail client reader or browser will then support the appropriate version for viewing, independent of personal settings. Through this process, we can determine which of your members is HTML capable; as well as any other valuable data you want regarding the recipient.
