Joe Robinson Senior Vice President Joe is a 15+ year industry veteran in the list brokerage industry. As Senior Vice President of List Brokerage, Joe is responsible for maintaining his own roster of accounts, which include WSJ.com, Barron's, Investor's Business Daily, Fisher Investments, Oakstone Publishing Company and New York University. Joe's years of list expertise, negotiation skills, and relationships are combined with the most advanced list research and analytic tools, allowing him to effectively develop direct mail and email plans for his clients. Jennifer Cuttler
Jennifer Cuttler Vice President Jennifer joined Lake Group Media in 2011 as Vice President in the list brokerage division. Jennifer has over twenty five years of media experience specializing in consumer direct mail, email and online marketing strategies for her merchandise, catalog, publishing, financial and insurance clients. Joanne Elias Associate Vice President Joanne has been with Lake Group Media for more than 20 years. As Associate Vice President in the Brokerage Division, Joanne works closely with some of the industry's leading publishers and non-profit organizations, strategically planning and executing their direct mail acquisition campaigns. Joanne's areas of expertise include circulation planning, response analysis, test list research and competitive market analysis. Carrie French
Carrie French Associate Vice President Carrie joined Lake Group Media's brokerage team in 2011 after a 20 year career at Direct Media. Her clients cross over the Consumer and BtoB fields covering Magazine and Book Publishing, Education/Information and Catalog Merchandise. She has a long history or servicing mailers in private and cooperative database environments. She is an extension of her clients' marketing departments and provides marketing support, test list research, mail planning and analysis while focusing on lowering acquisition costs for new customers. Elisa Klatt
Elisa Klatt Senior Account Executive Elisa started her brokerage career at Lake Group Media, Inc. in 1994. She works closely with her clients on a daily basis executing successful mailings. She has built strong relationships with all of her clients throughout her years in the industry. Elisa's areas of expertise include lead generation, circulation planning, response analysis and test list research. Heather Maylander
Heather Maylander Managing Director Heather has over 25 years of industry experience. Her career started at ALC in 1987 through 2008 where she was an Executive Vice President until joining Lake Group Media as Managing Director. Heather specifically set out to have a diversified portfolio of clients in both not-for-profit and the commercial marketplace, which allows for effective and innovative penetration into secondary markets. Heather's main focus as a marketing partner is to bring viable and cost effective solutions to acquire/reactivate/retain new donors, buyers or subscribers from complimentary channels whether it is email, direct mail, ad placement, insert media and/or mobile texting. Mary Ellen Quirk Associate Vice President Mary Ellen has over 25 years experience in the direct marketing industry. Kathy Stivaletti Associate Vice President For almost 25 years, Kathy has successfully planned and executed direct mail acquisition campaigns for today's leading direct marketers, improving response rates and lowering costs per new customer. As Associate Vice President within the List Brokerage Division, Kathy oversees the day-to-day operations of all of her accounts. Kathy's broad experience spans the spectrum in the direct marketing world -- she's been a broker, a manager and a mailer. In addition, Kathy has volunteered her time on the DMA's List and Database Council Operating Committee and maintains membership in several direct marketing related organizations.
