Joe Robinson is a 10+ year industry veteran in the list brokerage industry. As Vice President of List Brokerage Sales, Joe is responsible for maintaining his own roster of accounts, which include both traditional direct marketers such as WSJ.com, New York University, Investor's Business Daily & Harvard Business School Publishing as well as advertising agencies like Simplex Advertising and The Sutherland Group. In addition to maintaining his own accounts, Joe is responsible for the development of new products and services to help all Lake Group Media brokerage clients lower their acquisition costs and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. Joe is also responsible for new business development in the brokerage area.

Joanne Elias has been with Lake Group Media for more than fifteen years. Joanne has successfully planned and executed direct mail acquisition campaigns for today's leading direct marketers, improving response rates and lowering costs per new customer. Joanne's areas of expertise include circulation planning, test list research and response analysis. As Senior Account Executive, Joanne works on developing mail plans and test strategies with clients such as Scientific American, American City Business Journals, The Economist, National Review and The Folio Society.

Tammy Penton has been with Lake Group Media for more than fifteen years. Tammy started her road to success from the word processing department to the office of Senior Account Executive. Her hard work and dedication has made her an asset to Lake Group Media, Inc. Tammy currently plans and executes direct mail acquisition campaigns for today's leading direct marketers, improving response rates and lowering costs per new customer. Tammy's areas of expertise include circulation planning, test list research and response analysis. As Senior Account Executive, Tammy works on developing mail plans and test strategies with clients such as Dale Carnegie, ESPN Magazine, Alexander Hamilton, Gruner+Jahr, and Nationals Inc. to name a few.

Elisa Klatt started her brokerage career here at Lake Group Media, Inc. over 9 years ago. She made her way from an assistant broker to senior account executive, where she works daily on planning successful mailings for her clients, who she has built strong relationships with throughout her years in the industry. Her roster of clients includes consumer and b to b publishers and seminars such as Graphics Press, Primedia Magazine Corp., Conde Nast Publications Inc. Nestle Food Corporation and many more.

For more than sixteen years, Kathy Stiviletti has successfully planned and executed direct mail acquisition campaigns for today's leading direct marketers, improving response rates and lowering costs per new customer. As Client Relationship Director within the List Brokerage Division, Kathy oversees the day-to-day operations of all of her accounts. Kathy's broad experience spans the spectrum in the direct marketing world -- she's been a broker, a manager and a mailer. In addition, Kathy is an active member of the DMA's List and Database Council Operating Committee as well as a member of the Business to Business Council. Clients include Actors Fund of America, Courage Center, Cygnus Business Media, Dell, EMC, Gymboree, Liz Claiborne, Minnesota Public Radio, Music Player Network, People's Light and Theatre Company, VNU Business Media, Utrecht, and Ziff Davis.
